Melt Flow Rate (MFR)

Melt Flow Rate (MFR)  test is one of the essential tests in polymer industries, especially for polyethylene pipes, performed according to the ISO 1133 standard. The purpose of this test is to measure the flow rate of the polymer in a molten state at a specific temperature and pressure.

Hydrostatic Test

Hydrostatic test performed according to the ISO 1167 standard. The purpose of this test is to examine the resistance of pipes to hydrostatic pressure. In this test, the polyethylene pipes are placed under pressure, and the hydrostatic pressure gradually increases until the pipes reach the point of failure. The pressure at which the pipes fail is reported as the burst pressure.

Longitudinal Reversion Test

The Longitudinal Reversion Test is a quality control test conducted on polyethylene pipes. It involves heating a section of the pipe and then measuring the amount of longitudinal reversion that occurs. Longitudinal reversion refers to the degree to which the pipe returns to its original shape after being deformed. This test helps ensure the pipe's ability to maintain its shape and dimensions under specific temperature conditions, which is crucial for its performance in various applications.

Carbon Black Content Test

The Carbon Black Content test is a quality control procedure used to determine the amount of carbon black in a material.
